Simply follow these steps and then let us know how you go! We would love your feedback on our Facebook Page.
Start with pre-heating your BBQ
Change BBQ settings for roasting mode
When your gas BBQ has been pre-heated by following the above pre-heat settings you are then ready to adjust your BBQ settings.
Turn your outside burners to roast setting (if you have a Weber BBQ or low if you have another brand of BBQ. The middle burner is now turned off.

Ready to place your roast on the grill
When your gas BBQ has been pre-heated you are then ready to place your roast directly on the grill above the center burner.
No need for a baking tray just place your meat straight on the BBQ grills.
How long should I cook my roast for?
The rough guide to roasting is 1mm equals one minute. If a roast at the thickest part of the meat is 100mm then that equals 100 minutes.
Just over 1.5hrs cooking time. Alternatively you can also use a roasting thermometer.

Ready to eat!
If you would like to add vegies then we would suggest you do this 1 hour before the roast is due to be cooked. Based on your cooking time above.
Kent Pumpkin and jacket potatoes go really well with all sorts of roasts.
