Sushi Bake Recipe


THE INGREDIENTS
- Sushi Rice
- 415g Salmon Spring water Can
- x1 Avocado (Sliced)
- Roasted Seasoned Seaweed (8 Pack)
- 2 Spring onions
Mayo Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Sesame Oil
INSTRUCTIONS

- Prepare the barbecue for cooking, pre-heat at 180-200c with a trivet.
Cook Sushi rice.
Mix Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, Soy sauce and Sesame oil.
Drain Salmon can and combine with sauce and mix.
Spread sushi rice in glass baking tray. Add in Salmon mix on top & avocado slices.
Place tray on top of the trivet. Close lid and bake for 15-20mins.
Once the top of the Sushi bake is golden, slice into bite size pieces and eat it along with the roasted seasoned seaweed.
