THE INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack beef or pork Sausages
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 green capsicums
- 2 ripened tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup tomato passata sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablesppon garlic paste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- fresh bread
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat BBQ
- Roughly chop capsicums and onion and keep separate.
- Grate ripened tomatoes.
- Cook sausages and Capsicums on bbq until nicely browned and charred then remove.
- Slice sausages into pieces
- Start side burner and using your Weber Q casserole dish, add garlic paste and onions, cook for a couple mins and then add capsicums, sausages, grated tomatoes and tomato passata sauce. Cook for 30 mins or until sauce reduces. Stirring every couple of minutes
- Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
- Serve with side of bread.
*can be served with rice also*
