THE INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your smoker to 275°F or 135°C.
  2. Insert a butter knife between the membrane and one of the rib bones. Grab and pull the membrane with paper towels to remove it completely.
  3. Coat Ribs in desired rub across both sides.
  4. Place the ribs in your smoker and cook the ribs for 1.5 hours. (This will vary with type/size of ribs used for todays we are going to smoke them for 1.5 hours).
  5. Remove from smoker and add brown sugar, Honey and butter wrap the ribs in aluminium foil or butcher paper. Place them back into your smoker and cook for another 1 hour.
  6. Remove ribs from smoker, unwrap and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 20 mins.
  7. Remove from smoker and let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
