THE INGREDIENTS
- 3 racks pork ribs
- Rub of choice (we used Three Little Pigs Championship Rub)
- Sauce of choice (we used Jungle Juice – Pomegranate and habanero
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your smoker to 275°F or 135°C.
- Insert a butter knife between the membrane and one of the rib bones. Grab and pull the membrane with paper towels to remove it completely.
- Coat Ribs in desired rub across both sides.
- Place the ribs in your smoker and cook the ribs for 1.5 hours. (This will vary with type/size of ribs used for todays we are going to smoke them for 1.5 hours).
- Remove from smoker and add brown sugar, Honey and butter wrap the ribs in aluminium foil or butcher paper. Place them back into your smoker and cook for another 1 hour.
- Remove ribs from smoker, unwrap and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 20 mins.
- Remove from smoker and let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
