Pico de gallo
THE INGREDIENTS
- 4 Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- ⅔ cup white onion, finely diced
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice tomatoes, onion, parsley,add pepper, lime, and salt to a bowl. Stir everything together.
