Adana Skewers

THE INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Lamb mince
- 1/2 Red capsicum diced
- 3 Teaspoons of salt
- 3 Teaspoons red chilli flakes
- 2 Teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 2 Teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon sumac
- 1/2 Cup finely diced parsley
The rubs / sauce used in this cook are:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop parsley, capsicum and onion and add to bowl of mince.
- Preheat the barbecue.
- Add salt, chilli flakes, pepper, garlic and sumac. Mix well.
- Form Adanas on flat skewers.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Put on BBQ & cook. Ensure adanas are flipped once they start browning.
- Remove adanas and serve.
