THE INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg Lamb mince
  • 1/2 Red capsicum diced
  • 3 Teaspoons of salt
  • 3 Teaspoons red chilli flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sumac
  • 1/2 Cup finely diced parsley

The rubs / sauce used in this cook are:

Greenwood Barbecue Tree Bark Rub

Old Bones Jalapeno & Garlic Pepper Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop parsley, capsicum and onion and add to bowl of mince. 
  2. Preheat the barbecue. 
  3. Add salt, chilli flakes, pepper, garlic and sumac. Mix well.
  4. Form Adanas on flat skewers.
  5. Brush with olive oil.
  6. Put on BBQ & cook. Ensure adanas are flipped once they start browning.
  7. Remove adanas and serve.
