BBQ Moink Balls

THE INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg Beef mince
  • 8-10 Rashers streaky bacon
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1/2 White onion
  • Parsley Dry
  • Rub of choice & BBQ sauce of choice

Boars Night Out White Lightning

KC Butt Spice

Suckle Buster Honey BBQ Glaze

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set smoker to 250°f (120°c) and let it preheat for 15 mins.
  2. Mix beef mince, garlic, onion and parsley in bowl with rub of choice (we used Boars Night Out White Lightning).
  3. Form beef mixture into balls.
  4. Wrap bacon around balls and secure with toothpick.
  5. Add more rub (we used KC Butt Spice) over balls and bacon.
  6. Smoke balls for 45 mins to 1 hour or until internal temp of 165°f (70°c).
  7. Remove and baste with bbq sauce (we used Suckle Buster Honey BBQ Glaze) then put back in smoker for 10 mins.
  8. Remove from smoker and enjoy.
