BBQ Moink Balls

THE INGREDIENTS
- 1kg Beef mince
- 8-10 Rashers streaky bacon
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1/2 White onion
- Parsley Dry
- Rub of choice & BBQ sauce of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
- Set smoker to 250°f (120°c) and let it preheat for 15 mins.
- Mix beef mince, garlic, onion and parsley in bowl with rub of choice (we used Boars Night Out White Lightning).
- Form beef mixture into balls.
- Wrap bacon around balls and secure with toothpick.
- Add more rub (we used KC Butt Spice) over balls and bacon.
- Smoke balls for 45 mins to 1 hour or until internal temp of 165°f (70°c).
- Remove and baste with bbq sauce (we used Suckle Buster Honey BBQ Glaze) then put back in smoker for 10 mins.
- Remove from smoker and enjoy.
