BBQ Tandoori Chicken and Tzatziki Wraps
THE INGREDIENTS
125g Tandoori Paste – Patak’s Tandoori Paste
200g Plain Greek Yoghurt
200g Tzatziki dip – or make it yourself
1kg Chicken Thigh Pieces – boneless and skinless
Taco Wraps – Mission Street Mini Tacos
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation:
- Mix Tandoor Paste and Yoghurt together in a large bowl until combined
- Add chicken thigh pieces whole to the Tandoori/Yoghurt and stir to cover all of the chick
- Cover bowl with glad wrap and put in the fridge for a couple of hours
- Heat you BBQ to 180c
- Cook marinated chicken on your BBQ grill, turning regularly, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 73c, the chick should also be slightly charred to enhance the flavour.
Serving:
- Heat your Taco wraps in the microwave as directed
- Slice your cooked chicken into strips
- Add a tablespoon or more of Tzatziki to the middle of the wrap and add sliced chicken on top
- Wrap the Taco into a pocket or however you prefer to wrap your Tacos and enjoy
