THE INGREDIENTS
- 300g dried macaroni pasta
- 40g Coles Australian Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp Coles White Plain Flour
- 2 cups reduced fat milk.
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat grated pizza cheese.
- 425g can tuna in Springwater, drained, flaked.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat BBQ for indirect cooking at 180 °C
- Light your Weber Side burner, fill the Weber Casserole dish with water with a dash of salt and wait until boiling water, add 300g dried macaroni pasta, and cook until al dente. Once cooked, drain water.
- Preheat saucepan on side burner over medium heat. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until bubbling. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk until combined. Return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese.
- Add to pasta with tuna and reserved cooking liquid. Toss to combine. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Dress with remaining cheese. Place into center of BBQ that has been preheated and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve!!
