Big Mac Tacos

THE INGREDIENTS

  • 500g beef mince

  • Mini tortillas

  • Cheese

  • Lettuce

  • Pickles

  • White onion diced

  • Salt and pepper rub (we used franklin brisket rub)

  • Coles burger sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre heat BBQ for 10 – 15 minutes.

  2. Add mince to a bowl and season with salt and pepper rub and mix.

  3. To each tortilla, add about ¼ cup of ground beef and flatten out to completely cover the surface to the edges. Add more meat if you prefer a thicker patty. (Add water to your hands to allow mince to stick to tortilla easier).

  4. Add oil to BBQ flat plate and place tortilla meat side down.

  5. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until meat has browned.

  6. Cover and let it cook for about 2-3 more minutes for the cheese to melt and the tortilla to get golden and crispy.

  7. To the taco, add lettuce, onion, pickles, and burger sauce on top.

  8. Enjoy warm!
