THE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack beef or pork Sausages
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 green capsicums
  • 2 ripened tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato passata sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablesppon garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh bread
 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat BBQ
  2. Roughly chop capsicums and onion and keep separate.
  3. Grate ripened tomatoes.
  4. Cook sausages and Capsicums on bbq until nicely browned and charred then remove.
  5. Slice sausages into pieces
  6. Start side burner and using your Weber Q casserole dish, add garlic paste and onions, cook for a couple mins and then add capsicums, sausages, grated tomatoes and tomato passata sauce. Cook for 30 mins or until sauce reduces. Stirring every couple of minutes
  7. Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes.
  8. Serve with side of bread.*can be served with rice also*
