Hickory Smoked Sausages
THE INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of beef or pork Sausages
- Weber Q smoker box
- Weber hickory wood chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak hickory wood chips in water for at least 30 mins .
- Drain and add wood chips to Q smoker box.
- Pre-heat BBQ and set up Weber Q with roasting pack.
- Add chips into smoker boxes and place smoker boxes either side of the trivet and convection tray.
- Once smoke appears add Sausages onto trivet and close lid.
- Cook the sausages for 30 mins ensuring to turn half way through for an even colouring.
- Once sausages hit internal temp of 155 – 165°For 68 to 74°c remove and serve.
