Steaks on Weber Q
THE INGREDIENTS
- Steak cut of choice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly coat steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Prepare BBQ for direct cooking over high heat (250°c- 290°c)
- Grill steaks over high heat with the lid closed, for 2-5 minutes per side, depending on how well done you would like your steak
- Once steaks are cooked remove and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Timing and Temp Guide:
Rare. Cool red center. 2 mins per side or 125° F 52 ° C internal temp.
Medium Rare. Warm red center. 3 mins per side or 135° F 57 ° C internal temp.
Medium. Warm pink center. 4 minutes per side or 145° F 63 ° C internal temp.
Well Done. Little or no pink. 5 mins per side or 160° F 71 ° C internal temp.
